Just went to the CO Passenger Rail annual meetings at the Governors Mansion, and I am really inspired for the upcoming year. Here are some thoughts. I don’t want to have my hopes too high, but CO Passenger Rail really will happen in the future. Taking a train from Fort Collins to Pueblo or to even Trinidad, New Mexico or up to Wyoming or over to Utah will be a reality....

I am looking forward to summer and iced coffee. Alot of the summers in the past were in hot muggy climates, and a iced coffee with almond milk or soy milk were so good. Cool things are always nice. In winter I am enjoying more hot chocolates and learned that before coffee was discovered, hot chocolates drinks were drunk for thousands of years before. So, its nice to enjoy a hot chocolate with espresso shot mid afternoon to get ready for the skin up the mountain....

I really like Fridays. Some of the things I like about them are: Slightly more relaxed than other days of the week. Chips and queso with cherry coke. Playing video games like Civ or Starfield in the afternoon or evening. Looking forward for a long run or long bike ride over the weekend. Half day Fridays are nice. If the Friday is rainy or snowy, it feels really nice to be cozy inside....

There are alot of things to do before the game release. However, once its ready it will be a huge relief. I am so excited to learn more Godot and Python to make the game better. Just yesterday, I exported a practice game that I followed the tutorial in GameDevTV from Godot to Linux… and it was just so fun to see it run on Linux. My next step is to get it playable on Steamdeck....

Its been a while since I last swam and today was nice as it snowed and all around the pool are nice pillows of snow. While swimming I was thinking about the video game and some of the goals this year have been accomplished but also where to go from here. Some of those goals are: The game is live, but still not ready for download… but for the first big update, I need to add more images, and start thinking about the next cities and locations to add as well as the new orange route....
