Obsolete_vs_Foundational

When studding for the CCNA, alot of the material is foundational stuff on how networks work. But then I am learning alout about Cisco products at the same time. I dont know if I will every use the stuff I learn about Cisco though. So I dont know if if its Obsolete stuff with the Cisco focused product, as I might just use Ubiquity tech. Then when I play Civ3, I wonder if its a obsolete game (just like how new researched tech can make old tech obsolete in Civ)....

Quotes and Lyrics

I really cannot remmeber quotes and lyrics word for word. The reason I think about this is I heard a good quote today. Know thy enemy and know the outcome of 1,000 battles. The quote was on a strava post and was about a barbell workout. Otherwise I like running on the treadmill and listening to music with the lyrics displayed. Keeps me occupied and keeps it going.

Room Colors and Streaming Stations

Room colors and radio stations. While these are not super related, I think about them alot. The room colors I think about are a light green,light blue (or white) and a reddish color (or perhaps a golden aspen color). Another color pallet for a room would be the color of dried corn stocks, the dried red corn cob and yellow of dried corn seed. I think these colors would be great in interror rooms of a straw bale house....

Getting Back to Study CCNA

So I am finally getting back to study CCNA, but I forgot that I was still on the STP and RSTP chapter. Its so long. I also cant help but think that companies Ubiquity and Unifi solution make studding this knowledge kinda redundant… but I still want to continue the study as it gives me a foundational view of networking. I also am thinking that it might change if I take the CCNA, as I really don’t need to right now....

Civ3 and Civ7

I have alot of mixed feelings. I went down the rabbit hole of learning about Civ3 and I basically forgot how cool it was. Its so different from Civ1 and Civ2, and in my brief time today playing it, it was really enjoyable. It fixes alot of what I don’t like about Civ1 (mainly how improvements to tiles requires so much work) and Civ2 (more debt and content and features)....
