I cant wait to inlcude these passenger rail routes. But first I need to go back and visit them in person. During our dev meeting today, we talked about going the extra mile, and the dev re-phrased it as “Travel extra trip, its always worth it.” I think doing a road trip to these locations would be worth the extra trip.
I was thinking of being a remote worker… for my self. The Steam Fest deadline is fast approaching and I think only the store page has to be published for me to put my application in for Jan 5th. I have so many ideas using the game engine that I am looking forward to implementing them… but I am also thinking of making more time for doing the development work. So I am looking forward to being a remote self-worker some day....
The snow has been so bad that finally there was 3 inches that fell and I went out to the Nordic Center. First, it was really cold, with wind, so maybe it was in the single digits, but around 13 on my car. Second, the snow blew away from the exposed areas of the trail, which were hard to see. Third, I just had waxed them and now there are some areas where rocks and pebbles which tore up my new wax and make alot of rips into the actual skis....
Well, without the main game finished yet, I want to use the game engine as a animal game, where the animal is going on a journey. I think its pretty analogous the current game loop. Some goals for the animal game: Educational: You can learn about the animal, the location and environment it lives in, as well as other things about humans impact. Partner with other groups to develop it: Need subject matter experts Raise money for preservation....
I am really looking forward to starting new projects/hobbies. Using Godot and Python knowledge to start work on a game that uses the Game engine for CRG to then create a new game that centes around either hiking or biking and another game that focues on sustainable construction. I am also learing pixel art and want to develop this game with Youtube Vlogs. Learn bagpipes, hopefully with a digital chanter. Ardueno… Now just need to carve out time to work on it....
