A lot of what I do is learn abstractly about tech and but then in the field have to remember how to use it. For example, I have been learning about switches and ports, but had to remember quickly the stuff about switches to be able to re-learn how to find ports on a NVR. I now know how to find video feeds from the NVR after having more time to take time and get familiar with the NVR....
Trying out something new to get the Network Plus study material done from Testout. Going to study from 4 to 5 pm everyday! Today got innturruped a bit but it was actually really good to study. I was also able take some notes. I probably didnt get as much video watching done as I would have liked but it felt really good to have the time set asde. I am looking forward to this and hope to get alot done....
I am enjoying my new Networking course from Cisco Skills for All. Its free and I think its good so far. I was taking notes when I wanted to make ASCII art box around the tile and I knew I made a blog post about it… So I looked up the blog post and re-read my instructions but I saw !! instead of !. So I needed to edit the ....
I am really looking forward to three races. Madrid: I cant wait to go back. I just cant wait. I cant believe it either. Copenhagen: I cant say much more than I am stoked. Helsinki: Will round out completing marathons around Scandinavia. This kinda blows my mind. I am so excited. I wont go to fast but that’s okay. I am there just to run. :)
So I am really happy that there are so many sustainable construction companies in Colorado. For the summer, I am taking part in a 7 day construction workshop and then later in the summer a 3 day plaster workshop. What I want to get out of this is threefold: Learn more trades Meet more people Increase awairness of sustainable construction. I do still wish I had my own property and my own house to practice these techniques....
